Job fair - represents an active measure, which offers the possibility for those looking for a job and those proposing the labour force to meet directly and to present the offer.

Job fair offers the possibility of the direct contact between the demand and the offer of the labour force, which permits the fast selection of the personnel for the economic agents interested to employ people, as well as the fast finding of the job by the job-seekers.

There is a possibility to choose from a big number of offers.

To participate actively in the job fairs, it is necessary:  

• to visit the employment agency
• to receive daily information from mass-media: radio, television, press
• to prepare a CV and an interview with the employers.

The National Employment Agency organizes the job fairs in all municipalities, districts and the autonomous territorial unit Gagauzia.

Each year, in May is organized the republican job fair for youth, which increases the chance of the young people to be employed.
