Stimulation of the employers for the employment of the graduates

The measure of stimulation of the employers for the employment of the graduates is stipulated by the art.23 of the Law nr102-XV from 13 March 2003 concerning the employment and the social protection of the job-seekers. The mechanism of application of this service is approved by the Governmental Decision nr.594 from 20 June 2005 „Concerning the approval of the Procedure of stimulation of the employers for the employment of the graduates of universities, financed from the state budget”.

This measure provides the granting of a monthly sum of a minimum salary per country for a period of 12 calendar months for each employed graduate of the university, financed from the state budget. In case of employment in the same conditions of a graduate with handicap, the stimulation of the employer will be for the period of 18 calendar months.

The monthly sum is intended for the additional payment of the graduate – employee for the effectuated work.

Both sides, the employer and the graduate must maintain the working relations for a period of at least 3 years.
