Stimulation of the mobility of the labour force

Stimulation of the mobility of the labour force is a new service in the activity of employment, which is stipulated by the art. 20 of the Law nr.102-XV from 13 March 2003 concerning the employment and the social protection of the job-seekers.

The mechanism of implementation of this service is approved by the Governmental Decision nr.243 from 2 March 2005 „For the approval of the Procedure of stimulation of the mobility of the labour force”.

The service of stimulation of the mobility of the labour force has at the basis the granting of some allocations for the persons which are employed with an individual contract in another locality: at the distance more than 30 km from their place of residence, they benefit from the allocation in size of the average salary in the economy for the last year;

the persons, which are employed with the individual contract in another locality and change their place of residence, benefit from the allocation in size of three average salaries in the economy for the last year.
