Division Informational Technologies and Communication

Main objectives of the division:

·        Organization, coordination and evaluation of the activity of the structures of the National Employment Agency in the field of elaboration, implementation and further development of the informational systems in the employment field for the integration in the unified state informational system;

·        Administration of the unified informational system in the field of the labour market;

·        Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the Communication Strategy by the structures of the National Employment Agency;

·        Information of the public through mass-media, including the electronic one, about the demand and offer of the labour force and different changes on the labour force market .

Attributions of the division :

·        Assures the implementation of the modern informational technologies concerning the development of the informational system of the labour force market and of the methodic framework regarding the efficient use of the informational equipment by the structures of the National Employment Agency;

·        Takes part at the process of elaboration of the normative acts concerning the development, implementation and integration of the informational systems ;

·        Establishes, maintains and develops the relations with mass-media;

·        Cooperates with the authorities of central and local public administration, with scientific institutions at the elaboration of the informational framework of the programs concerning the field of employment and migration of the labour force;

·        Organizes the methodic-practical trainings of the specialists of the National Employment Agency structures in the field of the use of informational technologies, the studying and the implementation of the advanced experience in the field .
