Presentation of the National Employment Agency

The National Employment Agency is the central body of the public disconcentrated service, within the Ministry of Economy and Trade, with the status of juridical person, authorized according to the Law nr.102-XV from 13 March 2003 regarding the employment and the social protection of the job-seekers, to promote the policies, the strategies and the state programs in the field of the development of the labour market, the social protection of the job-seekers, the prevention of the unemployment and the struggle with its social effects .

At the territorial level the National Employment Agency has in subordination 35 employment agencies, including: 32 district agencies, 2 municipal agencies ( Balti and Chisinau), 1 agency in UTA Gagauzia.

• 3 members – representatives of the National Confederation of the Trade Unions
• 3 members – representatives of the National Confederation of the Employers Organisation  

Central apparatus of the National Employment Agency is structured in 6 subdivisions: Division implementation of the employment policies

• Direction implementation of the empoyment
• Direction migration of the labour force forces and internasional relasion
• Direction planning, evaluation  and sistem
• Direction economy, financing and book-keeping
• Direction  informational technologies and  comunication
• Section  of the personnel and secretariat

The National Employment Agency is coming on the labour market with a number of measures and services for the integration of the population on the labour market .

All the services are offered free-of-charge for the job-seekers and for the economic agents .

In the context of those related, the National Employment Agency is inviting you to be active in the solution of the problems concerning the search or the change of the job, as well as the selection, the recruitment with the necessary personnel according to the solicitations of the economic agents .
