International

International juridical instruments in the field of migration of the labour force, at which the Republic of Moldova takes part.  

• 1. Convention nr. 97of the International Labour Organization concerning the migration in purpose of employment (2005);
• 2. European convention concerning the juridical statute of the migrant worker (ratified by the Republic of Moldova in 2006);
• 3. Convention nr. 181 of the International Labour Organization concerning the private employment agencies (ratified by the Republic of Moldova in 2001);

Agreements and conventions:

• 1. Convention between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the labour activity and the social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation , employed abroad (1993);
• 2. Convention between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Ukraine concerning the labour activity and the social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine , employed abroad (1994);
• 3. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning the labour activity and the social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, employed on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus,  employed on the territory of the Republic of  Moldova (1994);
• 4. Agreement concerning the cooperation in the field of migration of the labour force and the social protection of the migrant workers within the states CIC (1999);
• 5. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Italian Republic in the labour field and the attached executive Protocol (2004);
• 6. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaidjan concerning the labour activity and the social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, employed temporary on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaidjan, and of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaidjan, employed temporary on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (2004).
