Division planning, evaluation and synthesis

Main objectives of the division:

·        Participation at the elaboration of the strategies, the programs and the national employment action plans ;

·        Elaboration and assurance of the realization of the Action Plan of the National Employment Agency in the promotion of the policies on the labour force market;

·        Elaboration and assurance of the realization of the Activity Plan of the National Employment Agency (annually and quarterly);

·        Evaluation of the demand and offer of the labour force on the labour market in the republic ;

·        Studying and monitoring of the labour force market ;

·        Organization, coordination and control of the activity of the employment agencies in the field of the planning, the evaluation and the synthesis of the measures implemented on the labour force market;

·        Monitoring of the statistical indicators concerning the labour market.

Attributions of the division :

·        Takes part at the process of elaboration and perfection of the normative acts in the field of employment and social protection of the unemployed;

·        Takes part at the elaboration of the strategies, the programs and the national employment action plans;

·        Elaborates and assures the realization of the Action Plan of the National Employment Agency in the promotion of the policies on the labour force market;

·        elaborates, monitors and assures the realization of the Activity Plan of the National Employment Agency (annually and quarterly);

·        receives, analyses and systematizes the information concerning the employment in the territorial / branch aspect and on its bases elaborates the forecasts of the evolution of the labour force market for short and medium period ;

·        analyses and elaborates annually the labour market in the part of the use of the labour resources;

·        elaborates the motivated proposals concerning the efficient employment of the labour force and the improvement of the situation on the labour market;

·        assures the secretariat of the Administrative Board;

·        organizes and assures in the territory the social studies concerning all the aspects of the labour force market and proposes concrete solutions of improvement of its situation ;

·        cooperates with the ministries and the departments, the authorities of local public administration and the scientific institutions at the elaboration of the programs in the field of employment;

·        elaborates the information and the statistic reports (monthly, quarterly and annually) concerning the results of the activity of the National Employment Agency and its territorial structures for the respective periods, systematizes the problems appeared and elaborates the recommendations ;

·        organizes, coordinates and controls the activity of the territorial employment agencies in the field of synthesis, forecast and statistics, the realization of the territorial action plans in the promotion of the policies on the labour force market;

·        generalizes the activity measures of the territorial employment agencies (quarterly) and on its bases elaborates the information and the proposals ;

·        organizes the methodic – practical seminars for the specialists of the territorial agencies, in the field of synthesis, forecast and statistics ;

·        proposes the modifications and the completions in the statistic reports and elaborates the instructions for their elaboration .
