Division migration of the labour forces and international relations

Main objectives of the division:

·        Takes part at the elaboration of the main principles of the state policy in the field of the labour migration and at the process of harmonization of the national legislation in the field of the labour migration to the international standards;

·        Implements the stipulations of the national legislation in the field of the labour migration;

·        Takes part at the monitoring and realization of the intergovernmental agreements concerning the activity of labour and social protection of the migrant workers;

·        Elaborates the proposals concerning the development strategies and solutions for the reforms in the field of the labour migration;

·        Takes part at the development of the legislative framework which settles the labour migration through the elaboration of the proposals for the modification and completion of the legislative and normative acts in the field.

Attributions of the division:          

·        Receives and examines the documents presented by the enterprises / organizations / institutions for the conferment, extension and revocation of the right to work for foreign citizens and stateless persons;

·        Elaborates the project of the decisions of the National Employment Agency concerning the conferment, extension and revocation of the right to work for foreign citizens and stateless persons;

·        Elaborates the projects of the decisions of the National Employment Agency concerning the issuance or the rejection of the positive notice regarding the invitation to work of the foreign citizens;

·        Coordinates the activity of the private employment agencies in the field of the temporary employment abroad of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova ;

·        Registers the individual labour contracts of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova , employed abroad;

·        Assures the cooperation with the international organizations, which activate in the field of employment and labour migration;

·        Elaborates the instructive – methodological materials, necessary for the implementation of the policy and legislation in the field of labour migration ;

·        Gives the methodological assistance to the workers of the territorial employment agencies, private employment agencies, foreign citizens and citizens of the Republic of Moldova in the field of immigration and emigration of the labour force;

·        Participates at the organization of activities of information of the population about the procedures of the labour migration and the risks of the illegal migration;

·        assures the cooperation of the structures of the National Employment Agency with the missions of international experts;

·        takes part at the process of cooperation with the competent bodies of other states in the field of employment and labour migration and monitors the activity of external cooperation .
