Council of administration

The National Employment Agency is conducted by the Administrative Board, formed on the principles of parity from the representatives of the Government, the trade unions and the employers organizations.

The Administrative Board is constituted on the basis of the art.10 of the Law nr. 102-XV from 13.03.2003 concerning the employment and the social protection of the job-seekers, and activates from December 2003 according to the Rules.

The members of the Administrative Board: 

            The representatives of the Government :

Sergiu Sainciuc , deputy minister of economy and trade, the chairman of the Administrative Board

Sergiu Ciobanu,  deputy – minister of economy, the deputy-chairman of the Administrative Board;

Marina Semeniuc, head of direction finances in healthcare and social protection, the Ministry of Finances

The representatives of the National Confederation of the Employers Organization :

Vladislav Caminschi, head of the direction internal and external relations of the National Confederation of Employers;

Ion Lesan, executive director of the Republican Club of Businessmen "Timpul";

Valentina Postolachi , head of the direction economic, financial problems and fiscal policies of the National Confederation of Employers;

             The representatives of the National Confederation of the Trade Unions from Moldova :

Nicolae Suruceanu, ,  confederal secretary of the National Confederation of Trade Unions from Moldova;

Ion Preguza, , head of the Law Department of the National Confederation of Trade Unions from Moldova;

Boris Babici, chairmanof the Federation of Trade Unions from the constructive industry of automobiles , agricultural machines and auto-services.

Main attributions of the Administrative Board:

  • to assure the coordination of the activity of the National Employment Agency;
  • to monitor the elaboration and the implementation of the National Action Plan for Employment;
  • to analyze the objectives and the measures proposed to be introduced in the National Action Plan for Employment;
  • to analyze systematically the realization of the branch and territorial employment programs;
  • to make proposals for the elaboration of the normative acts regarding the employment and the perfection of the legislation in the field;
  • to approve annually the main directions of the activity of the National Employment Agency;
  • to discuss the proposals concerning the elaboration of the budget of the Unemployment Fund, etc.

In 2007 were organized 5 meetings of the Administrative Board, where were discussed 10 subjects concerning the activity of the National Employment Agency.
